In order to sync all calendars you have to choose "Sync All" in iCall plugin settings. 2. "Todo entries are not synced to the phone". Probably they were not synced because SyncMate was set on synchronization with only one category "Mobile". Try to choose "Sync all" in ToDos plugin settings.
