It would be helpful if the registry posts checklists or requirements for common transactions, so people are informed before they wait in line, only to be denied at the counter because they donâ€™t have what they need. Hopefully things will 
improve under the new Registrar. She seems very progressive and conscientious. 
She actually worked at a licensing counter when she started, so she would have a feel for what happens at the branches. Good luck with your new car.</description>
